What better way to get a much needed boost than to dive into a playlist of positive energy? Not only does music help promote mood and well-being, but it has also shown to lower stress levels.

We collaborated with multi-faceted artist, vinyl DJ and cultural producer Victoria Rawlins to create a playlist that celebrates personal empowerment through positive energy, healing through dance and finding wellness through self-reflection and meditation.

A note from Victoria:

First I’d like to thank you for taking the time to listen to my selections. This is a collection of songs and sounds that I have been enjoying recently. I find that they help me to focus on personal empowerment through positive energy, healing through dance and finding wellness through self-reflection and meditation. I encourage you to delve deep into each artist that catches your ear. You may already be familiar with some on this list but many of them are sadly underexposed for the amazing creativity, light and energy that they bring to the world through music. For example, one of these artists is a practicing physician and uses her music as a conduit for healing. Another was a key influence and inspiration for many artists such as Bob Dylan, Carly Simon, Janis Joplin and Joan Baez. Can you figure out which one? Once again, thank you for listening and I hope this playlist radiates with you as it does with me.
